LDAPSRV ends immediately when started after IPL but restart is successful

Issue/Introduction

LDAPSRV stops after it's first start, but then a restart of the task works. Error message:

tlsz_init: Attempt to set FIPS mode failed - rc=53817482 . 

Any idea what is causing this?

Release : 15.1

Component : Chorus Software Manager

Resolution

From IBM documentation it looks like 'The power-on known answer tests failed. Either ISCF is not available or FIPS mode is disabled.' This information can be found at IBM.
