Issue/Introduction

When attempting to run the one installer, install.exe, the following message appears at step 1. Database either when clicking on "Test connection" or "Next":

Database connection test results:
 - JDBC connection test:  Failed with following error
The database is not empty. It contains the following tables:
ABLOB, ACA, ACLNT, ACMT, ACTEX, ACV, AFC, AH, AHG, AHGH, AJPCV, AJPFV, AJPOP, AJPOV, AJPP, AJPPA, AJPPC, AJPPF, AJPPO, AJPPV, AJPVA, APD, APDC, APPF, APUD, APUDA, ARB, AUSR, AV, AWS, BH, BT, CODE, DIV...

 - AE connection test:  Failed with following error
Connection test succeeded, but the database is not empty

More details about the database connection test process can be found in logfile '[full path to image]\install.log'

The install.log file will show many lines like:
Apr 14, 2021 8:20:02 PM com.automic.installer.api.common.utils.DBUtil checkIfDatabaseIsEmpty
INFO: SQLServerResultSet:1, [database name], dbo, [TABLE NAME]

Cause

This is caused by the database already having data in it

Resolution
