Our AAI/JAWS application is showing as "Online and Delayed" in System Tools.
Additionally, the Dashboard area shows: "As Of: 04/14/21 6:34:53 AM PDT" but it is now almost 11 AM. We have already tried restarting the app but it seems to have had no effect.

Release : 6.0.2
Component : AUTOMIC AUTOMATION INTELLIGENCE INTEGRATION FOR BMC
Errors indicate an error connecting to the Autosys database.
Please verify the Autosys database is up and running and that nothing is blocking the network connection.
If you recently upgraded to AAI 6.x and your Autosys schedulers are using Oracle, you will need to install the Oracle jdbc driver if you do not already have it installed.

Note that in the upcoming 6.4.6 the Oracle driver will be included with the AAI installation.
