Error message Validation Failed with Username or Password with ServiceNow through sdgtw probe

Issue/Introduction

- Error message showing Validation failed causing UIM not to generate incident tickets from Service Now.

Environment

• UIM Release : 20.3.0
• Component : UIM - SNGTW 2.1
• Windows 2012 R2
• SQL Server 2012

Cause

- Invalid credentials

Resolution

- ServiceNow engineers provided new password and client is able to login successfully through sdgtw probe.
