Clarity: Invalid Transactions for Application Stuck at New

Products

Issue/Introduction

Some xogged transactions for applications are stuck in Invalid Transactions with 'New' status.

Logs are not showing any errors.

The PAC_IMP_TRANSIMPORT_HEADER table shows error 9010  with ERROR_CODE ORA-20878.

Cause

This normally means there is a null value somewhere.

Resolution

Check to make sure there is a valid Department and Location on the investment or if something else is missing in table
pac_mnt_projects.

The easiest way to compare a valid investment with on that is failing it to compare the two investments in pac_mnt_projects.
