Is there any public URL to download Network Traffic Redirection Definition for SEP client?

Environment

Product : Symantec Endpoint Protection
Release : 14.3 RU1
Component : Network Traffic Redirection (NTR)

Cause

NTR definition is not available on Rapid Release Virus Definitions site for a manual download.

Resolution

The NTR (Network Traffic Redirection) Content is downloaded by SEP product via LiveUpdate or from the SEPM (Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager) Liveupdate.
