We need to extend our Policy Store schema from 12.8 SP1 to SP4 for Upgrade.

How do I roll back in case if anything goes wrong?

Environment

Release : 12.8.x

Component : SITEMINDER -POLICY SERVER

Resolution

The step required to ensure a safe rollback is to take a backup of your datastore itself.

At the DB or LDAP level backup would be required.

This must take place before you initiate the upgrade process.

In case if there is a need to rollback then restore the DB/LDAP backup.
