Grafana dashboards - Some users unable to see Edit panel pop up.

Issue/Introduction

Some of the users cannot have the Edit panel show up in Chrome browser. We cannot figure out why this occurs. The below links talks about it. Please check and let us know ?

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : APM SAAS ENTERPRISE

Resolution

This is a Grafana issue with a known workaround. See https://community.grafana.com/t/cannot-edit-panel-on-fresh-install-and-new-panel/27049/6

Once a fix is available from Grafana, then it can be added to DX SAAS.
