SOI is not displaying all elements from other Sources (APM, Spectrum, UIM)

Issue/Introduction

So the issue happens when I try to add elements for creating a Service.

For example I need to add the following instances from APM to my Service

xxxx/xxx/portallog_server1

xxxx/xxx/portallog_cluster1/portallog_server2

 

And SOI is not displaying these elements when I look for them:

 

Any ideas what could be causing this Issue?

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

Customer was looking in the wrong classes for the CIs from APM.

Example:

xxxx/xxx/portallog_server1

This is under the Application class since it's an APM agent, not a computer.
