Issue/Introduction

Is there a way that a survey of tickets that haven't be answered to be auto completed when a certain time lapse pass?

Release : 17.3/17.2/17.1

Component : CA SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Resolution

Currently this is not configurable. Doing this would need extensive customization, including spel code customization.

Please notice that a survey not answered can be considered a survey without response and reporting tool can report on this fact.
