Where does WebView take the time zone information for to display graphs ?
Environment
Release : 10.7.0
Component : APM Agents
Resolution
The WebView time display is based on the system time of client machine where the browser is running.
The Metric Browser graphs in Team Center can be influenced by browser timezone where this is not the same as the system timezone.
