Issue/Introduction

ESP Workload Agent converting jobs names to all upper case in the TRANSMITTER logs.  We would like to find out if this intentional or a bug.

Release : 11.5

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AGENT MONITOR

Resolution

The current design of the Automated Framework messages (AFMs) in the logs like in receiver and transmitter logs puts some keywords like job and application names in upper case. Also depending on the log, agent/manager name and some specific keywords/action such as 'MAIN RUN', 'QUERY CONTROL GETSPOOLFILE', etc are in upper case. So, you can easily find and identify specific strings in the logs for troubleshooting.
