Multicast not working due to environment/infrastructure

Issue/Introduction

On our environment, multicast is not working, we are unable to see the servers in the CSA, also notice process delays. 

The problem is with the multicast communication and our IT team has been unable to solve it. 

Environment

Release : Any supported

Component : CA PPM INSTALLATION

Resolution

Please use JDBC Ping as alternative to Multicast. This should work for AWS, DMZ, different subnets and other environments that do not allow multicast.
