How to get access to BlazeMeter University

Issue/Introduction

One of our users tried to access a courses in https://university.blazemeter.com/dashboard today and got the following error:

 

 

Are these courses included with our license?
If yes, how can we get access to the courses?
Who is the administrator?

 

The user logged into BlazeMeter first and clicked on the link to go to BlazeMeter University

Environment

BLAZEMETER University

Cause

The user had never created an account on BlazeMeter university which is a separate system.

Resolution

everyone has access to all the courses, regardless of licensing.

The BlazeMeter university is a separate system and has a separate login.
If you go to BlazeMeter University and click on login using BlazeMeter it will create a user in BMU with the same information as BM.
If you have never gone to BlazeMeter University and created an account or chosen the option to login with BM user this would explain the unauthorized message that is being seen.

Please have the user go directly to the BMU and create an account or login with the BM user id and this should correct the problem for them.
