When attempting to upload documents in Clarity getting an error "Unable to process request - Server or Network error"

Issue/Introduction

While in the Change Request menu, I get the following error when Saving. It seems to only do this when trying to attach a Document along with the Change Request entry. Any ideas?

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE

Resolution

Upon investigating this issue it was determined that error was due to customer’s Firewall Policy.
