Issue/Introduction

JOBF is failing with error  in the log below

0210223/140316.959 - U02000142 Unrecoverable I/O error found by Module/Function 'ft::TransferRunnable::checkTcpEvent'. Error: '10053 - An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. >Channel.cpp#sys::Channel::read:45<'.
20210223/140316.959 - U00011409 FT '17833158': File Transfer has ended abnormally.

Cause

The error message below is coming from the operating system which could mean that there's network issue between the two servers where the agents are installed.

 

Error: '10053 - An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine

Resolution

Troubleshooting steps

 

Check with the network team the following:

-If there's any firewall between the servers

-Check if it is possible to use some packet analyzer program to see what is causing the error message during the JOBF failure.
