Unable to open a tar file

Release : 20.2

Component : CA DOI Foundations

Resolution

7zip does have issues with decompressing gzip and tar files.  Also the 32-bit version of 7zip does not play well with file sizes larger than 4 GB. 

Customer was using 7zip.  Customer tried WinRAR and was able to decompress the file.
