Issue/Introduction

Generate DKIM DNS text record open new window with Application error

Environment

SMG 10.7.x 10.8.x 10.9.x

Cause

Destination Routing option are disabled with added hosts for the configured domain.

Resolution

Delete all ' Destination hosts ' if optionally route this domain or email address are not used.
