CachePulse health checks showing Critical State with '0' days left.

Issue/Introduction

The ProxySG or ASG appliance is showing the health check for CachePulse license in Critical state and already expired even though the license is still valid based on the Entitlement portal.

Below is the screen shot of the failed health checks.

Environment

Version affected on both ProxySG and ASG is 6.7.x and 7.x.

Cause

There seems to be an issue for the appliance to sync up in between the licensing component and the health check component.

Resolution

Run the following command to fix the issue.

#(config) cachepulse
#(config cachepulse) disable
#(config cachepulse) enable
#(config cachepulse) download get-now force
