Issue/Introduction

Load Data Warehouse job is failing with below error

ETL Job did not complete within specified time.

Resolution

1. Review the BG DWH logs from the latest failure.
The job log details show as completed, but from the Reports and Logs > Log page, it shows with an error:
ETL Job did not complete within specified time.

The ETL Timeout default is 600 minutes.

2. Review how many Jaspersoft servers exist in the cluster.

If there is more than one, then there could be an issue with the cluster, which causes an issue updating the Jaspersoft domain, which is the last step of the Load DWH job.
It is recommended to clear the temp files and restart each Jaspersoft node one by one to allow the job to complete.
