Issue/Introduction

Cross authorized jobs fail in Warn mode.

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

A submit of an acid in Warn Mode will always fail. The reason is because treating it in Warn mode would allow the submitting acid to submit any job with any acid on the USER= statement;  which in turn would allow the submitting acid to obtain any other acids authorities.  This is a security breach.
