Spectrum upgrade modifies .idb files

Issue/Introduction

I have noticed that after upgrade of Spectrum (to v10.4.3.0), the following file was modified:

diff -r /backup/usr/SPECTRUM/lib/SDPM/partslist/VNMSHD.idb /usr/SPECTRUM/lib/SDPM/partslist/VNMSHD.idb

What is the reason for that?

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

I compared the $SPECROOT/lib/SDPM/partslist/VNMSHD.idb file between multiples GA versions of Spectrum (10.4.3, 10.4.2.2, 10.4.2, 10.4.1, and 10.4.0) respectively, but all of them have the same entries (as you can see in below screenshot):

So if you have a different entry, someone might have customized it in the past.
