Pu.exe (probe utility) not found in server

Issue/Introduction

Could you please help us to know if pu.exe comes preinstalled with agent or needs to separately installed. 

 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - ROBOT

Resolution

The Probe Utility is automatically installed at ALL Robots under Nimsoft/bin folder.

You can open the CMD and hit pu.exe

IF Pu.exe is not there, you can get from another Robot and the root cause can be the Anti Virus.
