Looking for an audit trail report of the Scheduler M1 Query message action

Issue/Introduction

Is there an audit trail that shows who looked at the M1 Messages and when. 

(The M1 Messages are sent, and are displayed from the Scheduler ISPF option M1 of the Commands menu.)

Resolution

Scheduler does not record the M1 - Query action.  An audit trail of who looked at the messages and when is not available.

Suggestion:

A user may send an acknowledgement message (from M1 - Send panel) after viewing the message.  The Audit Trail report shows messages sent from the M1 - Send screen.

Additional Information

Messages are stored in the Scheduler active workload. Messages are deleted once 
they are displayed. Autoscan deletes any messages that have not been displayed and 
are at least x minutes old. The CAIJGEN MSGHOLD option sets the number of minutes.
