Issue

Account import can fail if more than two users with policy roles exist when importing from an xml file.

 

Resolution:

With FIX: RO50486 (incorporating Server_14.0_HF045 ) in place users with policy roles can be imported as intended.

FIX: RO50486 is available to download from the CA Support Online.
