Issue/Introduction

Is the timeout for manager.vip.symantec.com configurable?  

Cause

The VIP Manager has an idle timeout value of 30 minutes. 

Resolution

VIP manager idle time-out value of 30 minutes is not configurable. Currently, the timeout is applicable for all the customers using the product.
