How to download the full installation media for CA Software Asset Manager

The CA Software Asset Manager 4.x releases and above are now available in the http://support.ca.com Download Center.

1.  Login to the main support.ca.com site

2.  Hover over the Download Center icon and select the 'Downloads' option

3.  In the product drop down box, select one of the following products: 
 
     CA IT Asset Manager - MULTI-PLATFORM

     CA Service Management IT Asset Manager Package - MULTI-PLATFORM

     CA IT Asset Manager - Upgrade - MULTI-PLATFORM

     CA Service Management Upgrade from IT Asset Manager to to CA Service Management IT Asset Manager Package - MULTI-PLATFORM

4.  Select release level and GO

5.  Select your specific version of CA Software Asset Manager 4.x + or higher for download
