CL/Supersession v3.1 processes SAF calls Incorrectly

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading CL Supersession from v2.1 to v3.1 and SAF calls at logon are not working the same.

A SAF call at the time of logon should produce a menu of options for each individual user depending on what they have access to.

After upgrading to v3.1 all options are shown in the menu regardless of whether the user has access to them or not.  The menu is not created for the individual user.  All users see the same menu options.

Resolution

This is a bug in CL Supersession v3.1 and is currently being addressed by CL Supersession Support.
