Unable to add import reference library to vApp

Issue/Introduction

The CA Identity Manager (Symantec IGA) Virtual Appliance (vApp) is a locked-down system hosted on a custom Linux deployment.  In the process of securing the system it is not possible to add an import reference library to the Wildfly deployment.

/opt/CA/wildfly-idm/standalone/deployments/iam_im.ear/library/

 

If you try to copy a file to this area you receive a permission denied error.

Environment

Release : 14.1 CP10 and 14.3 CP2

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

A vApp hotfix is available to address this issue.
