[SYSLOAD] LogMonitor: An Unknown Error occured - File Server '6.00 build 65.8'

Issue/Introduction

When trying to apply configuration on a LogMonitor agent the error "An Unknown Error occured." shows up.

 

Environment

Release : 6.0

Component : SYSLOAD

Cause

Caused by File server 6.00 Build 65.8 which does not allow upload/download on some files ('.mon', '.rea', *.rul',...).

Resolution

Workaround : use File Server 5.80 . Build 64.2 (Windows version attached to this article)
