Q If WSS Agent is installed,  Is Unified Agent automatically uninstalled?
A Yes, Basically Unified Agent is automatically uninstalled. and Client PC needs restarting for the the completion

If it fails to uninstall Unified Agent automatically, Please uninstall Unified Agent manually

Q Are there any action needed for upgrade?
A Please make sure that the latest WSS SSL Root certificate is installed. and see the WSS SSL Root certificate to understand what is the purpose of WSS Root certificate.

It might happen that WSS Agent cannot find the correct SSL intercept certificate on the Windows Trusted Root Certificate Authorities certificate store; 
It references another certificate that dos not match the one available on the WSS Portal, or WSS Agent host.

Q If there are any issues on the upgrade, what Log needs providing?
A Please provide the Installation Log.

Example of the command
msiexec -I WinWSSAgentInstaller64-7.3.1.14939.msi MCU=1  /l*v \install.log

Broadcom Technical support will require additional Log, depending on the situations
