Gaps appearing in interface reporting data even though the device is up and polling is uninterrupted.
If the device's Ethernet interface reports a value of 0 for ifHighSpeed (1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.15), then CAPM will default to using ifSpeed (1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.5) for the speed of the interface instead.
From the CAPM side, this is working as designed.
DX NetOps CAPM 20.2.x or later
Workaround: Use a speed override on the interface(s) in question
Permanent Fix: Resolve the device configuration problem so that it reports a value for ifHighSpeed
