Gaps appearing in interface reporting data even though the device is up and polling is uninterrupted.


If the device's Ethernet interface reports a value of 0 for ifHighSpeed (, then CAPM will default to using ifSpeed ( for the speed of the interface instead.

From the CAPM side, this is working as designed.


DX NetOps CAPM 20.2.x or later


Workaround: Use a speed override on the interface(s) in question

Permanent Fix: Resolve the device configuration problem so that it reports a value for ifHighSpeed
