As of oracle v5.45:

You can review the Oracle supported versions and clients.

Please upgrade to oracle probe version 5.45 as the oracle probe release notes state:

"Added support for Oracle 18C RAC and 19c NON-RAC and RAC databases."

As per the oracle release notes and help doc link:

• In oracle v4.70, or higher support for the Oracle versions 9i and 10g was removed.
• As of oracle v4.70 or higher, support for Oracle 12c R2 and 18c databases was added.
• As of oracle v4.8 or higher, the probe introduced multi-tenancy support, which allows you to monitor Oracle 12c container database (CDB) and pluggable database (PDB).
