Permissions for "Actual Transactions" tab in MUX

Issue/Introduction

What are the access rights to be able to see the new “Actual Transactions” tab under Financials in New / Modern UX?
Is it access rights based, and can we hide it? 

Environment

Release : 15.9.x

Resolution

The Existing Financial Plan Rights can be used to handle the security for Actual Transactions.

If a user has any one of the following rights, then the Actual Transactions will be displayed:

Budget Plan - Edit All
Budget Plan - View All
Cost Plan - Edit All
Cost Plan - View All
Financial Plan - Submit All for Approval

Note: If you remove the above permissions, the users will also no longer be able to access Financials tab

To only hide the Actual Transactions tab, follow the KB Hide Actual Transactions page under Financials in MUX
