XOG fails while updating Default Resource OBS has multiple units with the same name

Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: If the Default Resource OBS has multiple units with the same name, XOG cannot update the Default Resource OBS Units correctly. 
since XOG XML file has only OBS Type and Unit for Default Resource OBS Units of Team.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Create a Resource OBS and set it as Default
2. Create multiple units with same name
3. Try to update the OBS Unit name using xog 

Expected Results: The Default Resource OBS Unit needs a full path to identify the units. 

Actual Results: The Default Resource OBS Unit has only unit name and cannot identify the units if there is multiple units with the same name.

This is caused due to defect DE60354 and currently in review with engineering
