Palo Alto Firewall interfaces not showing IP addresses within Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

I have just discovered that none of the interfaces on any of my Palo Alto firewalls have their IP address showing in Spectrum.  The only address I see is the main management address. I've found tech articles stating if the device doesn't populate the ipaddresstable, or ipaddrtable that the interfaces will not show the IP.  Is there any workaround?

 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

Spectrum reads the IP Address Table (ipadentaddr) for the IP information but the Palo Alto devices do not support the IPAddrTable and it is blank.

Resolution

This is an issue with the Palo Alto firewalls.  Please open a case with Palo Alto.
