Issue/Introduction

How to find the newly created event when deploying a policy to correlate events and create new event action used?

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Event Integration Manager

Resolution

1- On the SOI console>go to the Tools then event policy> then select the policy > then edit the policy to lunch the wizard> then on the even properity> select any user attribute ( on the screenshot I edited user attribute (10) with value "Success") then save the change.



2- Then on the alert queue, select the queue> then right-click on the columns to add the user attribute you edited on step 1, then verify if the new event has been created.
