Issue/Introduction

We updated the EEM LDAP configuration to authenticate from a different hostname, port, Base and User DN, etc.  Once the change was complete, some users were unable to manipulate jobs as before even though their user id and access policies were displaying in the EEM.  We noticed some users had  orphaned user accounts.  After removing the application details of the orphaned user, the orphaned user went away, however the users are still unable to manage jobs such as display jobs, force start jobs, etc.

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Resolution

Restart as_server to be sure it will consume and use the latest EEM information available.
