Issue/Introduction

Remote Control to agent machine getting failed with message  "Deleting viewer - the login had been rejected".

 

 

Environment

Release : 1402

Component : DESKTOP MANAGEMENT SUITE

Resolution

Domain Manager ITCM Version was 14.2 but all Agents are with 14.2 .Agents with lower version are compatible with Higher version domain manager. It is not recommended to keep domain manager with lower version and agent with higher version

Solution is to Downgrade Agent RC  version to 14.2 and Apply fix SO07736
