Issue/Introduction

Attempt to login to PAM leads to a blank screen

Environment

Release : 3.4

Component : CA PAM  Server

Cause

Permissions issue while launching the CA PAM client by clicking on a Shortcut leads to a blank/white screen and the PAM initial page does not show.

Resolution

Ensure that properties on the PAM Shortcut  needs to set as "Run as Administrator" as shown below:
