When an alarm has not been assigned, the “Assigned At” column is NULL in the database. When exporting the table to excel using the drop down within the Alarm Viewer, this field displays ‘1/1/1970, 12:00:00 AM' (in UTC) for these records.

This issue is resolved in UIM 20.3.3. After upgrading, the field in the exported excel file is blank whenever the "Assigned At" column is NULL.
