Issue/Introduction

We have implemented some Java agents for one applications. There are two servers which are not reporting.

Configured to use the cloudproxy, then it starts to report just when the application is started and then stopped after few seconds of this disconnects from application. But this is not the case.

Agent Release 20.9.0.13 (Build 990013)

Cause

Because the Agent parameters was added for "stop" instead of "start" procedure of the App Server.

 Once that is  corrected, the Agent parameters added in 'start' section, the Agent started reporting metrics.
