Issue/Introduction

Having decided not to use the Aria Chatbot, how to remove the Chatbot widget from the Service Point interface?

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Resolution

1.  Login to the SDM UI as an Administrator

2. Navigate to Administration -> xFlow Interface -> ServicePoint -> Configurations

3.  Open the configuration detail currently in use

4.  Go to Feature Configurations -> Chat Engine

5.  If Chat Engine is not there, add it as a feature

6.  Edit the Feature and select None as the Value.  (Can also select Support Automation as well)

7.  Recycle both the SDM and xFlow services
