When integrating SEP Mobile with Microsoft Intune and adding MS Intune directory ID (Step 8 part 2 of Integrating Microsoft Intune with Endpoint Protection Mobile) the following message pops up indicating approval is required to add the directory ID.
"An approval is required to use this directory ID in this environment. A request to do so has been submitted.
You'll be notified once the approval process is complete (this may take a few days)."
This error message occurs when the Intune Directory ID already in use in another SEP Mobile environment.
The previous environment may be either active or expired.

Contact support to ensure the directory ID is approved.
Ensure this information is added to the case:
NOTE: When syncing multiple SEP Mobile environments with MS Intune the same group cannot sync to multiple environments. Each environment should sync with a distinct group or groups.
