File Trigger is not working properly on the the DEV environment

Issue/Introduction

Having a problem where File Triggers are not working properly when using the "*" character. When used, the following error or similar error is seen:

The \\hostname.acompany.com\abcd\123\DVAR\Interfaces*\Input\Algorithms is unaccessible or an error has occured

When the "*" is removed, the file trigger works properly.

 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6/12.0

Component : AutoSys Workload Automation

Resolution

The login user of the agent service, localsystem, does not have permissions to navigate the shared folder.  Specify another user as the watch file Windows user and the job runs without error.
