Issue/Introduction

Failures occurred but users are not being alerted on new monitors. 

(9235) Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to cert.estarstation.com:443 (SSL connect error)

Release : 10.0

Component : APP SYNTHETIC MONITOR ENVIRONMENTAL

Cause

 Alerting is configured - Warn Me: After 2 consecutive errors.

The errors reported only once. That's why no email sent.
