Getting create ticket error when trying to manually create a ticket in SOI Console.

Required attribute Impact is missing 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

ServiceDesk is setup to require SOI to send the Impact property when creating a ticket.

 

In the Escalation Action for creating ticket, you need to add the Impact property.
