Issue/Introduction

spc-occ-10684 an error occurred locking the model while creating Upload NCM Task

Environment

Spectrum - 10.4.x / 20.2.x
OS - Windows / Linux

Cause

Issue with the Spectrum servers.

Resolution

In most of the cases, this issue will be fixed by stopping the services on Spectro Server & OneClick and rebooting the servers.
