After configuring and starting a cluster, only one of the appliances in the cluster is listed in the dashboard. The dashboard should display all nodes in the cluster.
Privileged Access Manager 3.4.x, 4.0.x, 4.1.x
Under Configuration > Network > Network Settings, all appliances in the cluster had capam for the hostname. This will occur when a hostname is not provided as part of the OVA deployment.
To fix the issue, stop the cluster and update the hostname and domain name for each appliance. After updating the settings, click Restart Networking. Once all appliances have been updated and networking restarted, start the cluster.
