Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: Unable to change Status on Custom Investment Type without Project - Approve - All right

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Create Custom Investment Type
2. Add all rights related to that custom investment type
3. Navigate to MUX and add Status field to the Grid
4. Attempt to change Status from UNAPPROVED to APPROVED, observe error CMN-0009: Attribute 'Status' has invalid Lookup Value '1'

Expected Results: It should allow to update status with all rights of custom investment added

Actual Results: It is not allowing to update Status on custom investment type.

DE62746, Fixed in 16.0.1.

Workaround: Add Project - Approve - All right
